To strengthen Alison’s brand presence in India, I led the company’s first-ever outdoor advertising initiative from end to end — including concept development, creative direction, copywriting, vendor management, production oversight, and the management of a €10,000 budget.

We launched a series of attention-grabbing ads in the Delhi Metro, India’s most critical commuter network. I selected a metro line with high traffic from office districts to ensure we were reaching working professionals actively seeking upskilling opportunities — making the targeting both contextually relevant and high-intent.
 

The campaign delivered strong results: website traffic from Delhi increased by approximately 33%, and we saw a measurable uplift in course enrolments from the region during the campaign period.
 

This initiative not only expanded Alison’s visibility in one of its most important markets, but also demonstrated the impact of well-placed, insight-led OOH advertising.
