Alison is a global online learning and career empowerment platform headquartered in Ireland. I head the brand, creative, lifecycle (email and push), and social (paid and organic) marketing verticals across four continents, operating 100% remotely.
I lead a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, content creators, designers, video editors, a blog writer, strategists, Meta ad specialist, a product marketing manager, a head of social media, and a head of lifecycle marketing.
Along with brand strategy, I oversee the full creative pipeline for Alison’s marketing assets across channels (including PPC, which I support but do not lead strategically) — from idea development and writing to visual direction, design, and final execution. Every ad, video, sales collateral, design, and piece of content across every platform goes through me to ensure alignment with our brand voice, visual guidelines, data insights, and customer psychology.
Beyond building the brand’s visual identity, architecture, and global voice, I’ve driven channel-specific growth and led data-driven, full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns that have delivered meaningful business impact. Alongside individual channel results outlined in my CV, these initiatives have contributed to a 23% increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (in millions of Euros) and a 26% rise in Yearly Active Users (in the tens of millions).
